Adjust again the upper part of the ear (from now i suggest to operate with metaform active and in wireframe shade view).

Add more geometry to the upper pavilion, Bandsaw with 2 divisions to create another horizontal fold.

Now with Smooth Shift we add more detail to the upper lobe.

Add more detail to the lower lobe via Bandsaw tool, again 2 divisions.

Use again Smooth Shift to extrude another piece of cartilage (maybe we can add some piercing later...)

Some final adjustments and our ear it's ready (detail, scretches, etc will be added later).
